International Visitorship

For Senior Clinical Administrators

The Population Health Visitorship Program is a one to two-day program where health care leaders from across the nation and around the globe travel to Mass General Brigham headquarters in Boston, MA, to learn population health management strategies, examples of care transformation, and best practices. The program agenda is based on the specific needs of the participants and can include everything from an overview of how Mass General Brigham functions within its payment contracts, to the resources needed for a successful chronic disease care management program.
