Our senior leaders partner with clinical and administrative leadership teams to oversee population health management initiatives and drive the overall aim to increase the quality of care for our patients while reducing overall costs. Since care is delivered locally by staff across the system, our senior leadership team includes members from Brigham and Women’s Physician Organization, Massachusetts General Physician Organization, and Partners Community Physicians Organization. Senior leaders also track Partners HealthCare performance in our Accountable Care risk contracts.
Our Clinical Leaders provide their medical expertise to guide the development of programs, define outcome measures, and monitor the performance of clinical initiatives. Clinical Leaders work in dyads with our Administrative Leadership team, working together to provide oversight and effectively manage our programs and activities. (Alphabetical by Last Name)
Administrative Leaders work in dyads with our Clinical Leadership team to define program performance objectives and strategies. Administrative Leaders oversee the implementation and operations for our programs, including day-to-day management of budget and staffing needs across the system. They also facilitate the implementation of IT enhancements to support clinical interventions and track program performance. (Alphabetical by Last Name)
